Granular Activated Carbon Production
Coconut shells are used as the raw material. After entering the factory, they are crushed into appropriately sized pieces and thoroughly cleaned to remove surface impurities and dirt.
The cleaned coconut shell pieces are then dried to ensure the moisture content is below 10%.
Next, the dried shells are placed into a carbonization furnace and heated to above 600 °C for carbonization.
Once carbonization is complete, the material is removed, cooled to room temperature, and screened to eliminate impurities and nonconforming pieces.
Finally, the qualified coconut shell carbon is packaged for further use or activation.
